Troubleshooting Steps

• Ensure hair is dry and combed through to remove any tangles. Divide the hair into sections ready for styling.
• Press the button marked ‘ ’ to turn the appliance on. The digital display will flash 3 times and the appliance will automatically start heating up.
• The number on the digital display will start increasing.
• Press the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons to select a heat setting suitable for your hair type. Once the heat setting has been selected, the digital display will flash 3 times and the number will start to increase or decrease until the selected temperature has been reached.
• To store the selected temperature setting for future use, activate the memory function by pressing the button marked ‘M’. (See Memory Function).
• Place a section of hair between the straightening plates, close to the roots.
• Hold the hair firmly between the straightening plates and slide down the length of the hair, from root to tip in one smooth movement.
• Repeat for each section of hair.
• Allow the hair to cool before combing through.
• After use, press the ‘ ’ button to switch off and unplug the appliance
• Allow the appliance to cool before storing away.

The digital display will flash 3 times and the appliance will automatically start heating up. 5. Press the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to select a heat setting suitable for your hair type. 6. Once the heat setting has been selected, place a section of hair between the straightening plates, close to the roots. 7. Hold the hair firmly between the straightening plates and slide down the length of the hair, from root to tip in one smooth movement. 8. Repeat for each section of hair. 9. Allow the hair to cool before combing through. 10. After use, press the ‘ OFF’ button to switch off and unplug the appliance. 11. Allow the appliance to cool before storing away.
